The story behind tum

TUM was never part of a plan.
It came from that space between trying and starting over, from years of chasing opportunities that never seemed to fit.

After finishing my studies in back-end development, I spent years sending applications that led nowhere. Doors stayed closed, and eventually I stopped knocking.
If no one would open the door, I’d build my own.

I’m Glenn Satijn, founder of TUM Studio.
What began as frustration turned into freedom. I went back to what had always been there: music, visuals and street culture.
That mix of energy, craft and rhythm became my foundation.

TUM grew from that moment.
It’s what happens when you stop waiting for permission and start creating from nothing with your own hands, your own story and your own pace.
